Confirmation needed of saved butts

In regards to my last message (link below) of bad charcoal, do you think I may have saved the butts?[p]They didn't go below 160-165° with pit temp < 200°(thank BGE for keeping the heat in the air).[p]I refueled and now it's back on track. I'm misting from time to time 1:1 Apple Juice/Cider-Vinegar.[p]I am so displeased with the other lump, but hey - at least I know now![p]Have I saved the butts?[p]TIA,[p]Jeeves
