Wife just called and she is working late in surgery. Wants me to cook Chicken Breasts on the BGE. Any suggestions? Time, temperature, seasoning and BGE set up needed. Just something simple.

Cook the same as if you were doing a spatchcocked chicken... Not as long a cook though.

EagerEgger,[p]My wife's favorite is half Dale's and half Italian Dressing. Better if it gets to marinate for a while, but when we cook chicken breasts, that's what we do 95% of the time.
