    Gail,[p]375-400* is a good temp range. Allow 20 minutes per pound as a guideline and pull from the Egg at an internal of 130*.[p]Allow to rest under a loose tent of foil for 15-20 minutes while the temp will continue to rise to about 135* This should provide the med rare you desire.[p]K~G
