I've looked, and can't find anything on smoked chicken breast. What is the method, rub, smoke time and temp.
thanks

Bob In Texas,[p]You can't really slow-cook chicken breasts, although they soak up smoke reasonably well even on a short cook. If the breasts are boneless, they really cook fast.[p]To smoke bone-in chicken breasts, I would cook indirect at around 350 degrees dome temperature for around 35-40 minutes using mild smoke, such as apple or pecan. For a BBQ rub on chicken, I like Jack's Old South.[p]Jack's Old South BBQ Rub:
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup sweet paprika
    1/4 cup kosher salt
    3 tablespoons black pepper
    2 teaspoons garlic powder
    2 teaspoons onion powder
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon dried basil[p]-Kevin
