We purchased a BGE at the Omaha Eggfest and are cooking on it tonight for the first time. I'm cooking a stuffed pork roast with corn on the cob. Wish us luck!

    First try turned out fantastic, much better than I expected. The pork loin roast was moist and very tender. Tonight, we'll eat leftovers. I've seen several references to KC. Are there ever any Eggfests there?
