FINALLY got Photobucket to work LOL

2 8 pounders and 1 10 pounder ready to go on[p]
I MAY have over leaded it just abit LOL
These asre the last 2 to come off after 18 hours. 1st one came off at 15 hours
Anyone hungry? So overall I cooked 26 pounds of Butt on it. I ended up using only 4 to 5 pounds of lump Charcoal whereas I in my old smoker it would have taken almost 20 pounds. SHould pay for itself inside of a years time

Looks good, just be carefull with your new egg, with high temps. the first few weeks. Break it in with low temp cooks so the gaskit wont burn. Your in Port Richey right. Where did you end up going for your egg Don?[p]Pork Butt Mike

Got it at Madison fireplace. Egg was $599 and by the time I bought what few eggsories they had the total bill was $841.93 LOL
