I just wanted to thank all who have taken the time to answer my questions over the last couple of days since I've become a new egghead. In the last three days i've done burgers, 2 inch thick TREX Ribeyes, Spatchcook chickens and today 3 slabs of babybacks. All of the above have turned out wonderful thanks to two things all of your expert advice and of course my large Egg. Thanks so much to all of you for your help and I look forward to more and more fun in the future.
