I am going to grill up some burgers tonight. Any ideas to jazz them up would be appreciated. I was thinking of mixing in 1 hot italian sausage in the meat and maybe throwing a whole onion on the lump while they cook. What temp should I at?

    Wardster,
Try making some nice sized patties and then putting bleu cheese in the middle of one and place another patty on top seal the edges and cook at about 550* or so for about 3 min, turn cook for another 3 min. Close all vents and let dwelll for abut 5 min. You can put additional bleu cheese on top just before you close the vents for the dwell.
