I started cooking at 7:30 am at 5:30pm egg was at 230 butt was at 176
went out for 2 hours and egg dropped to 200 and pork was at 168 what happend is that normal for the pork to drop in temp?

Tom,[p]Kivk your dome temp up to 250º you should be in the plateau but 250 is a good temp to use all the time it's easier to maintain. Good luck and let us know how it all turns out.
