Morning All:[p]Another quick dinner made better by the Egg. Had the sweet potatos at the house, but needed to stop and get a couple of center cut ham slices, about 1/2" thick.[p]Sprinkled some DP Red Eye Express on the slice that fell apart as I was taking it out of the package and DP Raging River on the other slice.[p]Here they are fresh off the Egg.[p]P8150003.jpg

Done direct on the main grid at temp of about 375 (close up). Cooked for about 4 minutes per side.[p]P8150004.jpg[p]The sweet potatos were split in half lengthwise, stabbed with a fork a few times, put three large pats of butter and then sprinkled with cinnamin before wrapping in HD foil. They went on the Egg direct on the main grid for a total of about 45 minutes.[p]P8150002.jpg[p]All in all a quick tasty dinner.[p]Have a GREAT day!
