... after a lunch of pulled pork. We fired up Humpty once more for Calzones for supper tonight (we had left over dough from Spin's Pizza last night). Wonderful results. AND, this time, no burned fingers![p]Tomorrow night, baby back ribs and then I think I shall "retire" for a couple of days after:[p]Friday: Brined Pork Chops
Saturday: T-Bone Steak
Sunday: Spin's Pizza

    Thanks! Mine was less productive, but as wonderful. I'm finally "getting my chops back". All I can lay claim to is a rack of spares and two racks of lamb ribs - my best efforts to date!
