We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! ... after a lunch of pulled pork. We fired up Humpty once more for Calzones for supper tonight (we had left over dough from Spin's Pizza last night). Wonderful results. AND, this time, no burned fingers![p]Tomorrow night, baby back ribs and then I think I shall "retire" for a couple of days after:[p]Friday: Brined Pork Chops
Saturday: T-Bone Steak
Sunday: Spin's Pizza
