Think we instigated the sale of another egg last night! I marinaded some grouper fillets in lime juice, olive oil, tarragon and fresh mint for about 2hours then cooked them for 3 or 4 mins aside over apple wood... YUM!!!!
WHAT A MACHINE!!!
