Twist on fillets-wife surprised me

Came home tonight and my wife had two 1.25 inch fillets at room temp getting ready to go on the Egg. Seasoned with sea salt and cracked pepper only. Had asapagus covered in EOVO, sliced potatoes in foil and shrimp cooked on the pan with holes in it. She had bernaise (spelling?) heated on the stove. I wish I had pics, but after it was ready to plate she had me sit down with a cold beer and plated it like it was a photo on the specials menu at Longhorn. If it was at Longhorn it would have cost $25.00 and hers was better! $8.00 in each plate. I told her it looked like a Lawnranger photo post. Very proud of her. Had to share.
