They were the absolute BEST!
All of you are right, they just keep getting better.
Did Baby Backs today. Covered with mustard and JJ's rub, then in the frig overnight.
Cooked at 250-260 indirect for 3 hours, then in foil for 1 hour indirect and finally direct at 260 for 1/2 hour basting and flipping every 10 minutes. My wife and daughter both said the best ever.
