is a boneless pork shoulder picnic roast the same as a pork boston butt? Is it egged the same way? thanks

    Paul,[p]Probably not. If it's what I think it is it's been trimmed of all the fat, probably "enhanced" and tird up in a net. Thiose things are actually pretty good but can't be cook for a long slow time like a real butt.
