Happy Independence Day y'all!
I'm doing some thighs and drums tonight that were brined overnight and are now air drying in the fridge. I don't particularly like to sauce my chicken and was wondering if anyone could recommend a rub recipe. Just got a Penzey's order in and have ancho and chipoltle powders in the pantry along with a good assortment of other things that normally go into a rub. TIA!
