Ok....I'm in need of some advice. I have a recipe for a brine that consists of...[p]6 tbs bbq rub
1 cup salt
1/3 cup raw sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 gallon of water[p]My question is... How long should I brine 3 cornish hens?? I have seen different recipies say as little as 1 hour to as many as 12 hours for chickens. How about Cornish Hens??
