I just bought a medium size big green egg a few weeks ago and love it. This weekend I am planning on smoking a pork tenderloin. I have two questions:[p]1. What tempature should I smoke the pork at?
2. What tempature should the pork reach to know when it is done?[p]Angelkiss

Angelkiss, I cooked three yesterday. I normally cook at 350 to 400. We let them soak in marinate for three or four hours. I brown them all around and the move them to the extended rack to finish cooking. I normally take them off at about 140 to 145. They are always nice and brown on the outside, about medium to medium rare inside, tender and juicy.

    <p />Angelkiss,
they don't take very long at 300 degrees, maybe 25-30 minutes... pull before they get to 145-150, then let them rest[p]go medium eggs!
