Chicken tenders-Dizzy rub inside or outside?

Did some bacon wraped shrimp last week and thought why not chicken tenders.
Wrap tenders with bacon
Brush with barbecue sauce
Pile cheddar cheese on top last just long enough to melt last three minutes of the cook.[p]Question is,put rub on the tenders,on top of the bacon or on top of the sauce.

My first response was "yes". Put rub everywhere, what could be bad about that? However, the rub on the chicken will do the most good. It will get dissolved into the bacon fat and create a layer of subcutaneous heaven between the meats. Each little flip on the grill will be like a massage for your dinner.[p]Paul

The shrimp was fantistic.They were 14/16ct.on 12inch skewers.The final touch of the cheese layered on the top is what turned the tide.YUM YUM.
