    Looks great.
    Forgive me if I'm seeing this wrong.
    Is your temp probe being used to monitor your internal temp?
    If yes I would not lay it on the grate. I believe this will give a false reading from picking up the grate temp.
    I hope others will help out. They make clips to hold the probe up, off the grate.
    But then again your ribs look great.
