Other than the Adobo I'm not a big chicken cooker other than the occasional breast here and there.[p]What are the normal "done" temps for drums and thighs?[p]I've seen 165-175 on temp charts.[p]Got a variety of methods/spices on right now.[p]H

I take drums and thighs to 190-200. The meat is very moist and falls off the bone. I did 24 of them last Saturday, bathed them in Blues Hog sauce as they came off the Egg and rested them under foil. No leftovers. -RP

dhuffjr,
thighs can go past the required safety temp, i cook them 250/275 raised grill direct til the skin crunches up, near 200 internal.i dont put much lump in the egg, i want some distance between the thighs and the fire
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
AZRP,
I am interested in finding out where you found the drumstick holder?
