Poorly planned pork chops

It's 6:00 in Kansas and I've got six partially frozen chops I need to do something with on the egg. I've got a good assortment of Dizzy Pig rubs; Dizzy Dust, Raging River, Swamp Venom, and my favorite, Jamaican Firewalk. I also have some Cowlick, but I wouldn't think that would be the choice for pork. Any ideas? Hurry please. lol[p]Regards[p]Mike

    Gets those things in a ziplock bag with cold water, they thaw out real quick.
    KISS it, EVOO and your favorite rub for about 30 minutes before cooking.
    Add sauce if you desire the last few minutes.[p]Mike
