It may be Father's Day, but I wouldn't miss this opportunity to cook on the BGE for anything. This is only the second brisket I've done, but it is (was) something special. The family is starting to act like they'd rather have brisket than pulled pork. 8^)[p]Thought I'd just share a couple of pics and wish all the Dad's a Happy Father's Day.[p]
