But when you do the burger with the onion slice pressed in it, do you press the onion in and cook the burger with the onion up the whole time, or do you flip with the onion slice in the burger, or how exactly do you do it?[p]Wanna do one of these for my dad tonight.[p]Thanks,[p]TRex

Well lately I have been trying something else. Chop the onion up, add Worcestershire, pig candy, a sweet based BBQ sauce and cook.

Back to your question.[p]I cook most of burger onion side up until butter melts. Flip to get onion done. HTH.[p]Mike
