My wife bought some frozen king crab and snow crab legs for tonight's dinner and I would like to try them on the egg. Should they be cooked frozen or should I thaw them first? [p]Any cooking suggestions - direct, indirect, temperature, time etc. would be appreciated. Do they need to be wrapped in foil to steam them?[p]Will either be going kayaking or scuba diving this afternoon and plan to have good eats when I get back.[p]Thanks for your suggestions.[p]Smoke Diver

Smoke Diver,
If they are precooked, I usually thaw them out precut them with a pair of heavy duty sisscors and then spray some EVOO on. Then cook indirect at about 400 for 10-14 minutes.
They end up tasting great my wife told me we would never boil crab legs again.
