Well the wife wanted salmon last night, I don't like that fish. I normally do the Dizzy Pig version cause it is always a hit. I did something different, I changed to a sauce.
I was looking for a glaze for my boneless leg of lamb. I came across some stuff called
Kozlowski Raspberry and Roasted Chipotle Grill Sauce. This is killer stuff, dude!
I lightly peppered the salmon, and a pinch of seasoning salt and a pinch of DP Jamaican Firewalk, to both sides, grilled the 2" wide pieces, glazed each side when flipped. Unbelievable salmon. My wife says it's the best she ever had. I tasted it and it was excellant and I don't like salmon, this was great. The taste of the sauce was just perfect. In a blind taste test, you would not know what you had, fish, chicken, a filet???
On the lamb, I forgot, it was good also with the glaze, but the salmon was the best.
