I have made the lamb ribs according to the Dizzy Pig recipe, and my family could easily eat $40 worth of them at one sitting![p]I use a mix of EVOO and Dale's steak sauce to marinade a couple of hours, and give them a thick coating of Red Eye Express. Unbelievably good.[p]Roudy[p]
