Steak Wrap with Creamy Chipolte Sauce

good recipe I found in the latest Cooking Pleasures mag.[p]**I used flank and two chipoltes. [p]1 lb. beef top sirloing steak (1/2 in)**
1.5 t chili powder
1 t ground cumin
2 t veg. oil
1/3 c. light ranch salad dressing
3 T fat free sour cream
1/2 to 1 chipolte chile in adobo sauce**
mixed greens
thin sliced red onion[p]Combine chili powder and cumin and sprinkle on steak. Cook to desired doneness (I cooked the flank about 11 minutes and let it rest 5 but we like steak a bit more done). [p]While steak is cooking, combine dressing, sour cream and chile in a small bowl. (I used an immersion blender to mix it all up). [p]Put steak, greens, onion, sauce on a tortilla and eat.[p]Try and enjoy.[p]Tim
