A suggestion for pulled pork

<p />Mornin all,[p]Made a bunch of these last evening. Kind of like Carnitas only the pork is egged and not roasted. 2 tortillas, pp, sour cream, avacado, frijoles and red "rojas" jalepenos. The rest I added black beans. Really good and one of those meals where you know you need to stop but you can't. Quite yummy.[p]I need to do another butt becuase we put a huge dent in my pp inventory.[p]Grabbin my 4 weight and heading to my favorite gill pond.[p]Have a good weekend.[p]Mick

    The Naked Whiz,[p]I love you back. These peppers are made by La Preferida. They are hot and marinated. Hotter than green because they stay on the plant longer.[p]Mick
