As we told you (earlier today)we were going to get our first sample of food from the egg tonight. It was wonderful....while the steak was very good, the vegetables were really the great surprise! We have never had better mushrooms, onions, garlic, and peppers than our first attempt on the egg. While we didn't have all the spices called for, the mushrooms were so very good that we have to go to the store for more tomarrow. We are so happy that we took the forum advice and invested in the egg when we had to replace our old smoker. Thanks all dun good!!
