    Tim C,
I think it's too early, but I'm still a newbie to BGE cooking. However, I did do a 5 lb pork shoulder (I think that's the same as a butt, go figure) for pulled pork last week and I used the recipe on this site from Ben Johnson for 'Ben's Pulled Pork' as my guide (I used oak chunks for the smoke, though). His recipe has the pork completely cooked and ready to eat in 7 hours. The best part is that it is DELICIOUS and very easy! Plus the nice thing about this recipe is that you won't lose sleep wondering if the fire is still going.
