We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Good Start on the Weekend

Wife and I just finished eating batch of chicken wings done DP style. Used Shakin the Tree rub and added couple tsp of hickory flavored salt instead of regular salt. Deeeelish. [p]Also grilled vidalia onion and some fresh asparagus. The asparagus was exceptionally tasty. Drizzled it with EVOO and dusted with sea salt.[p]Have to go by in-laws on Sunday. I'm sure we'll have the standard picnic fare, burgers and dogs on gasser :-(. But looking forward to making some baby back ribs on Monday to close out the weekend :-).[p]Y'all enjoy your weekend. It's martini time!!!!!!
