Chipole Chicken

<p />Hey All,
Did a few leg's this weekend...marinated overnight in a small can of chipole's, a small jar of chipole sauce, a few garlic cloves, also some olive oil...Was a indirect cook over a drip pan with some water @ 375 deg. for about 1.5 hours...Wow, falling off the bone, and spicey, drew rave reviews...
