Wifey and I have been going back and forth for a few hours planning the weekends cooks.
Came up with ribs, corn, tater-tots, FIDDLEHEADS!, prosciutto and pears for tomorrow afternoon.
Pizzas for tomorrow night.
My Waldorf Hangover Helper Eggs for Sunday morning.
Burgers, half-smokes, the last of the left-over afterparty flank steaks, and ABT's for Sunday lunch.
Egged lasagna for Sunday dinner.
Fatties and biscuits for Monday morn.
Beer can chix for Monday lunch with mashed taters and wokked veggies.[p]Gonna toss some ice cream into the mix too.[p]Here's wishing everyone a wonderful three day weekend. Make the most of it and kick off the summer season with a bang!
