<p />Good mornin all,[p]Tried a new recipe yesterday that consisted of salmon, fresh ground pepper (lots) and some basil.[p]I'm going to try it today in a salad. Rest goes to the office.[p]Treating myself to baby backs today with some corn and egged spuds.[p]Photos to follow.[p]Happy Father's Day to all that deserve it. :>)

MickeyT.,[p]The setup looks interesting - one that I have not seen posted here before. Looks like a raised grid with a foil cover. Tell us more of the times/temps and how it came out. [p]Tim

Hey Tim,[p]The salmon came out just okay. Texture was fine but not the right spices for me. It won't go to waste. :>)[p]The setup was as follows:[p]16" pizza stone covered with tin foil.
    2 bricks upright.
    Grill on top of bricks
    180 for 1.5 hours[p]Bye Tim,[p]Mick[p]
