National BBQ Month sure was tasty! We hope you got to try just as many new BBQ recipes as we did and some old favorites as well. If not, you can find all our BBQ recipes here and try them out all summer long. One of our favorites was Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise and Ted Reader’s Rum Injected Sweet Potatoes. As the weather’s heating up, use your EGG for a cool treat-Ice Cream Sandwiches! Keep an eye out for some Father’s Day recipes from chefs & their dads, coming soon!

Once in a while a excellent web page article is written in Brisket Bar Bee "Q" and this, IMHO is one of them. Thanks to DTM on Basso's forum for highlighting it.[p]Most of the basics are there, brisket selections, cooking times, even a chart.[p]Does this conflict with the BGE?? Not in the least. All the information is adaptable to the BGE style of cooking. Enjoy!!

Thanks for posting the link to the brisket article. Almost makes me want to try to cook up one of those chunks-o-chest.
