Terrific Pork Roast

Just fixed a pork roast via the Pork Roast with Garlic and Rosemary recipe in the "New Recipe Submissions" section of the website. Although it advises to prepare the seasoned rolled roast the night before, I did it about 1 hour before cooking and it was spectacular. With the Weber, such roasts would always dry out, but with the egg it was perfect. Cut-able with a fork and had a fantastic flavor.[p]Thanks again to all eggers for great ideas.

Janet, and thanks to you for the real goods. Its sometimes hard to believe how great pork is on the BGE. I had thick Iowa chops tonight that were just tiny pink in the center, and so juicy...Any where else they would be dried out..Nicely charred exterior with garlic and peppercorn seasoning (Charcrust) and I added a extra kick just before they went on the grill. A new item I have tried twice now and with great sucess. Both on pork and steak. Liquid Garlic in a spray bottle. Use it outdoors or your house will smell terrific for a month...:-)
