Just fixed a pork roast via the Pork Roast with Garlic and Rosemary recipe in the "New Recipe Submissions" section of the website. Although it advises to prepare the seasoned rolled roast the night before, I did it about 1 hour before cooking and it was spectacular. With the Weber, such roasts would always dry out, but with the egg it was perfect. Cut-able with a fork and had a fantastic flavor.[p]Thanks again to all eggers for great ideas.
