17 lbs. of Butt this weekend.

Well gang, I was able to fit the 17 lbs. of Butt on my Medium this weekend but just barely. I had to turn one of them up sideways and lay it beside the other one laying flat. [p]I felt inspired. I went to the North Carolina Barbecue festival and sampled some of the goodies. The food was great but I kept thinking---I can do better than this! I came home, started by butts at about 11 PM, pulled them off in time for the supper crowd the next day. That was my best pulled pork to date. Happy Cooking.[p]Steve
