Wednesday Pizza

Saw pizza done this way the other day, I think T-Rex did it. Used a pre-made crust:[p]IMG_0591.jpg[p]Cooked it on a raised grid, indirect, without a pizza stone:[p]IMG_0593.jpg[p]Pizza turned out nice and crisp:[p]IMG_0594.jpg[p]Real handy for making a quick, crisp pizza. AZ[p]

    AZ Traveler,[p]I made myself a Pineapple, Canadian bacon, and habanero pizza tonight..[p]The wife was out with the girls and I had pizza and plenty of beer!![p]So much for the diet!
