I have 8 split chicken breasts that are brining
for tonight. I plan to cook them direct. Does
anyone have a recommendation on time and temp?[p]Thanks,[p]Chuck

    GaDawg,
They do well grilling direct at 350-400. Flip or move every 15 minutes. I like to use a meat thermo with breasts, as they are best at 165 internal. Get into the upper 170s and it starts drying out.[p]Even indirect at 400-450 works great. The key with breasts is not to go past 170 internal.[p]Good luck with em.
