NY Steak

My brother was over tonight for some nice steaks - red wine - a very nice combo. just a bit of salt, pepper, and garlic on the beef. 800 degrees. Ummmmmmmm[p]Northern Colorado Bliss.[p]Ahhhhhh[p]Egg - Ya done good.[p]
