I couldn't decide whether to make some fatties or cook a pizza. So I decided to experiment.[p]In a black skillet I browned some Jimmy Dean sausage (org) in a frying pan. I added some basil, garlic and some left over red gravy/sauce that my wife made. I rolled out some pre-made pizza dough and cut it into squares. I placed a spoon full of the sausage, sprinkled lots of Romano cheese and folded the dough into a little meatpie.
I cooked on the egg using the plate-setter and pizza stone for about 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
The results were very good.
