    flajoker, Just the meat.
    12 ounce can of beer
    6 ounce frozen OJ
    6 ounce soy sauce
    A little olive oil
Minced onion, garlic salt, to taste
It is best left overnight but a few hours will work.[p]CWM

  • flajoker,[p]A quick and easy marinade for beef kabobs is to add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of soy sauce to a large bottle of Italian salad dressing. I buy the ones called "House" Italian or Zesty Italian.

flajoker, 2 parts olive oil, 1 part white wine, 1 part lime juice (lemon will work). 2 parts (Tablespoon if the liquids are in ounces) granulated garlic, 1 part onion powder, 1 part dried, crushed mushroom. Alternately, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup onion minced, 1/4 cup minced fresh button mushroom. Bag and seal, refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Number 1 with lamb cubes, #2 with pork or chicken - #3 with beef - and use red wine. The big key: just coat, don't drown the cubes.[p](Can you get powdered sumac? If so, to the above add 1/2 teaspoon powdered sumac.)
