This was my first attempt at cooking meatloaf on the egg. Just wondering why I waited so long. It was very tasty indeed. Cheddar, onions, etc. Better than any I cooked indoors for sure!

    The meatloaf looks the first pic it even looks like there is some "ham" in the mix!
