Whoa Daddy!! That info you passed along to make my own Wings Sauce (with embellishments) certainly is happening!! I've got the sauce all done, spiced up with the sauteed garlic, some oregano, some "extra" kickin' hot sauce for heat, plus some Mojo Rub Powder, courtesy of Knights BBQ of Lakeside, Montana-that I purchased at the Fiery Foods Show in March. Looks good from here, and wings ala ChefRD are setting in the frig. Now to get funky Eggside, and get ready to reload with some fresh lump and a few chunks of Southern Cherry wood. Thanks again, for the hot tip my friend--the rest of you Eggers, check today's earlier response from Cornfed re: my request for a good Wings sauce---better than Wing Time's!!     Big Murth,[p]Awesome. Sounds like you're doing very well. Let us know how they all turn out. One of my goals this summer is to create the ultimate buffalo wing sauce (hey, I aim high...what can I say...).
