Yess...I made it in time for Woosday!!

First, let me preface this by saying that Brent took MY laptop on his trip today since his died. He generously left me with an ancient laptop that is about as loud as a jet engine and has a space bar that sticks so hard that I have to pound on it like a monkey. The screen on this baby is about the size of my kids' ipod, so I have no idea if these pictures look ok or not.[p]anyhoo---- we (I) made beef wellington again this weekend, but I messed up and used Phyllo dough instead of puff pastry. I didn't like it but Brent and my dad preferred it.

we did individual wellingtons with phyllo dough too... wasn't bad. had to layer it and do the butter thing between layers.[p]bad beef wellington is better than good mac-n-cheese from a box. if there IS such a thing as good mac-n-cheese from a box

Max - he will be a big 'un. He is only 5 weeks old in that pic!. Manda has been "borrowing" him for an hour or two every day so that he gets used to being at her house, and he will come home permanently in about a week.[p]We aren't sure how the Jaeger/ puppy thing is going to work out. He is very cautious at this point because he knows he is being watched.....we are just worried about the time when nobody is looking!
