Brisket pulled for cooler rest

<p />Here's the 7.4lb flat ready for the foil rest. Cooked for about 13 hours. Went thgough a lot of lump for some reason. Perhaps the fog. The fat cap is on top. It's time to get the beans going. Serving time is noon.

    BabyBoomBBQ, now you got me wanting to cook a brisket but I promised myself.....no more brisket cooks until I eat the couple flats in the freezer. Dang, this is hard thawing instead of cooking....I wonder if the neighbors want a frozen flat....LOL[p]Tom
