Somehow we got roped into hosting my nephew's wedding rehearsal party(go figure!) next month--the party's gotten too large for a sit-down dinner, and I plan on smoking a huge turkey--would like to have some great salmon as well for people to eat from--buffet style. Any great recipes that will impart a nice smoke flavor that can be served cold and not end up being too fishy? Am I asking for a lot, or what? Gracias amigos y amigas!!
