I am so full I almost didn't get around to posting this, but tonight's meal was really special. Fresh, wild-caught clams and #10 scallops, with sides of rice and braised tofu.
Got the egg up to braising temps and fired everything up really quickly. Wonderful flavors and great to have it fresh.[p]steamers in wine and natural juices

    Everything looks great! I really like what you did with the tofu, it's the best I have ever seen. Nice work with the super fresh seafood.
