BEAST,
Use Jimmy Dean Hot and just cut out of the wrapper and leave in log form. sprinkle with your favorite rub and throw on egg indirect at about 250 with a little smoke.
some people with flatten them out and add cheese, peppers, etc and then roll them back up into log form. either way, delicious. cook to internal temp about 145-150

BEAST,
you want to get one of those Jimmy Dean or similar 1 pound sausage rolls that are in the freezer section usually near the frozen breakfast sandwitches.[p]
